Upon start of service, ABC provides the family with a plan of care and a caregiver whose skills match that plan. Daily logs are maintained and supervisors make weekly visits to the home to ensure quality of care.
We understand it may be difficult to open your home to a stranger. We take away that concern by hiring only those people who have good references, understand and agree with our mission statement, and undergo a background check. ABC provides liability insurance and worker’s compensation and all caregivers are bonded. Certification is provided by the seal of California Association for Health Services At Home.
